Marketing Manager
Overview
DEI BioPharma Ltd., a Drugs and Vaccines Manufacturing Plant is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Marketing Manager.
A Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, therapies, or services. This role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs and market trends, developing brand strategies, and ensuring effective communication of the company’s value proposition. The Marketing Manager works closely with the sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to align marketing efforts with product development, regulatory guidelines, and sales goals. S(He) will also be responsible for creating marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and managing budgets. S(He) role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and the target audience, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant, effective, and drive business growth.
Start date: Candidate must begin working within a reasonable period.
Role and Responsibilities

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business Administration. A master’s degree (MBA) with a focus on Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred . Additional certifications in digital marketing or pharmaceutical marketing can be beneficial.
Experience-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in the biopharma or healthcare industry.

- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.

- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Organize and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Measure, analyze, and adjust marketing strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on customer needs and target audience engagement.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Creative mindset to address challenges and innovate.
